Even though the Spring schedule is being posted late, it is still applicable and we will be working within the remaining time frame as though all events are on schedule. Anyone interested in participating is welcome to join in at any time.
The only really critical requirements are: consistency, dedication, dependability, and commitment.
Talent is another issue and that can be developed, which is the whole point of this process.
Every person participating in the Script or Performance Workshops must be present to perform in all of the show dates and participate in the Southampton Day Parade & The Village Reniassance Faire in Wrightstown.
That means that all other commitments must be adjusted to the performance dates. If you cannot do this then you are welcome to be involved in planning , marketing, or production implementation.
Since it is critical that all the performers can count on each other to be there for rehearsals and performances, please do not ask to be involved in the performance aspect if you cannot meet these requirements.

NOTES:
- I prefer, personally, to drop everything in deferrence to the production I am working on and to make myself completely available to the director no matter what, where or when.
- I know that not everyone can or will do that. For those who are able, I thank you, that makes a production go most smoothly.
- For those of you who cannot, I understand and we will try to make the process as comfortable as possible for you to participate.
- I require that the principles be completely dedicated to the process and those persons who are able to do that will, in fact, have a more likely chance at the role.
- If you need to severely juggle your time to do this, please don't bring that energy into the production, it is too distracting.
Production Schedule;
NOTE: Production Scheduling is a function of the Logistical Team and has a certian flexibility to it that make posting of the exact schedule of management events inappropriate. Certain general elements of the Production Schedule have been left here for reference even though they are moot The primary goals are being defined under specific headings and posted there.. The objective is for participation, not simply observation, and so, what is posted here is done so as a tool for the participants. In all cases, the goals posted here are set down within a time frame that allows for reasonable and relatively low pressure activity. If the goals here are not met, then the pressure to fullfill that objective increases as we approach the performance date. . It is not a pleasant experience working under pressure, particularly in the theatrical realm where public attention is focused on the results.
